Korn Consult have developed and implemented, in Mexico, a concept of Failure Visualization with the scope to inform the right operator and to have a visual Pareto with STOP Level Management by working station. This implemented process is used also to monitor the Qualification Level based on facts during and after the prodction and training session.

Korn Consult and KC & Partner got the contract to perform global operational VDA 6.3 supplier audits for an successful global first tier supplier. Operational process improvement project in Poland includes Weakness Analysis and FMEA Coaching. Successful Result: Production Layout are in a High Level standardized, Capability Studies performed and the Design- and Process- FMEA were uses as structured and systematic process.

KC & Partner SRL has started a new project to a global player in Automotive Industry, focus on Root Cause Identification and Effective Action Plan Implementation. The project was under the supervision of management due to high level of waste. After three weeks of consequent analysis and methodical root cause search, the team succeed to indentify the major variables, implement effective actions and stabilized the manufacturing processes.

KC & Partner SRL expand the team in order to support Industrial and Automotive Suppliers in Eastern Europe through Quality Improvement Programs / Readiness Programs.

Mercedes-Benz Car Group of Daimler AG has requested Korn Consult GmbH and KC & Partner SRL to conduct a MBC Readiness Program in the series production to a Key Supplier Tier 1 for several sites in Western and Eastern Europe. This project has been for the first time implemented to several international locations with connected manufactured products. The scope of the project has been to analyze the series manufacturing and development processes into a transparent manner and after a comprehensive root cause analysis, defines sustainable improvement and preventive actions.

Core Tools Training, Quality Management System Audit and Systematic Follow-up Projects are lead by KC & Partner SRL to support a 1^st Tier Supplier for OEM and After Market to successfully promote the Stage 1 & 2 in the ISOTS 16949:2002 certification process.

On the request of a 1^st Tier Supplier in LED & PC Boards, an Optimization Project that required process flow modification and Design of Experiments concepts to correct and improve, has been successful by KC & Partner SRL.
